Initiate Your Request
Log into your NJS Export account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the equipment is in its original, unused condition to qualify for a full refund.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your returned sports gear, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
